I'd tell you why I look like this, but it's classified. That camera in my hand is actually a cleverly designed sniper rifle, which also copies any hard drive by scanning your retina just from looking at this photograph and is corrupting the internet as we speak.

Natural leaf selection.

Survival of the fittest.

Dramatic photo before oceanic leaf launch.

Goodbye cruel world.

The end.

The Ballard locks were packed with people trying to sneak a few pieces of sunshine after a week of gray. Jessica and I were among the not so original Sunday afternooners.

Either a stick hut held together by zip ties and protected by a leather spirit bag or a giant dreamcatcher. I was checking for pony beads and feathers.

Trespassing.

Fleeing the scene.

pumpkins thus far

Meditating over a pumpkin. I have carved 2 pumpkins for other people so far this season.

Exhibit A: Stripes for Jessica's party.

Exhibit B: Magical unicorn with a rain cloud on top and seed droplets. I feel this one should receive the "Science of Sleep" award.

Night Driving.

Waiting for the 520 bridge to open reminded me that I used to commute and I will never do it again. It also reminded me that I haven't been on a road trip in a long time so I'm due.
Meaningful photo. Since I didn't work 16 hours today, I actually had energy and free time when I got home from work. Therefore, I went running. Remember that thing called exercise?

I must have been using that 70's filter while painting today. In theme and color. It's as bad as the art I find in thrift stores on the shelf next to family portraits. (Why do people donate their family pictures to thrift stores anyway?)
A rainy fall day in Seattle inspired me to wear my cowgirl boots and long johns.

Hermano

My bro Kurtis has been on a mission in Mexico City now for just over a year. Looks like he is doing well and that his transportation is reliable.
Avery .

Zina.

A couple of stolen photographs of A & Z. My nieces turned into toddlers at some point.

Fake walls + green paint + 2 days = Principal's office and little sleep.
Brent Amaker and the Rodeo as sissy new age cowboys.

Brent Amaker and the Rodeo as "The Rodeo."

Helping with a music video in my free time makes for no free time.
