Wedding crasher #2

Kate and Mark dance off stage in the dénouement of their wedding. But there was actually more to come...

The wedding remains after we moved inside the wedding tent to begin our feast.

During the course of the day I ate the following at this wedding:

Smoked Bacon and Caramelized Shallot Tartlets topped with Goat Cheese
Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce
Cheese Puff Pastries
Artisan Breads with Oil, Vinegar and Butter
Minted Sweet Pea Soup Drizzled with Creme Fraiche
Crab and Lobster Salad on a Bed of Butter Lettuce and Aioli
Lemon Granita Roasted Free Range Chicken
Wild Mushroom and Pinot Noir Sauce
Puree of Yukon Gold Potatoes
Chanterelle Mushrooms and Caramelized Shallots
Cheese Cake
Decadence Chocolate Cake
Cranberry Walnut Bread and Assorted Fruits
Fromage D' Affinoi's
Abbayo de Belloc
St. Agar

I am going to make a habit of crashing weddings so I can be cultured and well fed.
