Christmas Eve with the Nelson Fam

We have arrived.

Dad attempts stilt walking while Jared attempts heavy lifting.

Apparently, Mama Nelson has been doing this since she was a child.

Meanwhile, Dad tries his hand at scooter board jump rope pulling and finds sweet success. (Which is only the beginning as you will see.)

Mom and I ride doubles...

...and Lizza defies us all by breaking the sound barrier.

...while Jared tucks for aerodynamics...

Lara looks on with determination to get a civilized game of b-ball going.

Which turns into a 'civilized' game of BUMP.

But we digress and play baby keep away...

...shooting half court shots BACKWARDS...

...And then we rest. And that is how you celebrate Christmas Eve with the Nelson family.

With looks like that, who wouldn't want wassail.
